Because we understand that down-time is a critical issue for our customers, Salmon have made the investment in maintenance facilities, components and parts inventory and technical expertise to ensure all Salmon equipment on our customers’ job-site work to their satisfaction

We rebuild our own major components at our purpose-built Stapylton Component Rebuild Centre including engines, gearboxes and differentials. Our technicians have the ability to handle all levels of machine and component rebuilds, eliminating the need for multiple shops.

At Salmon, we take pride in how well we maintain our equipment. Well-maintained gear is the best way to provide high equipment availability to our customers.

Our gear is regularly inspected, comes with complete service records providing our customers with confidence in the project readiness of our equipment. To aid efficient and safe operation, we provide daily inspection checklists for operators to carry out

Machine Safety Features

Commensurate with this, we have implemented rigorous equipment inspection and maintenance regimes, reporting procedures, safe work procedures, the supply of personal protective equipment, stringent drug and alcohol policies plus employee work flexibility and all appropriate training.
